Hi I just got a new Fitbit on Nov **th ****. My Fitbit would not sync to my app. So I uninstalled the watch and am now trying to add a new device, when doing this process it will allow me to accept terms and conditions, select the watch and the app states it’s found it but it will not go any further. I’ve tried turning my phone off, deleting the app and reinstalling, updating the app, and I’m connected to WiFi. I think my watch may be damaged? Help please!
