I purchased a Fitbit Charge * from Kohl’s in November as a Christmas gift. It was activated and used but I had issues with it. It would stop syncing and went dead and I had to reset it per suggestions on the help site. I didn’t like that it was just not bright enough especially in the sun. Most recently it stopped syncing and now won’t power on even with a reset. Tried to return it to Kohl’s but they had a hard return date of ******* so they won’t return or refund my money. They said it best to contact you. I really just want to return it for a refund as I have purchased a different type of tracker-watch with much more functionality as a replacement. What can I do at this point can you help with a refund?
