This is my *rd Fitbit. I got the Blaze as a Christmas present last year and loved it BUT within a few months every time it died I have to remove it completely and add it again as the time does not reset. I tried everything else many times. I have tried contacting you a few times and had no luck as when I press chat or phone nothing happens. Please advise as my next purchase will not be a fit bit if I do not get help. You would expect better for the price
