Any updates from the engineers re why the Bluetooth earphones won't sync to my Fitbit Versa? I notice that Fitbit are no-longer replying to my messages via Facebook Messenger even though I can see that they have been read. The details of the Bluetooth earphones are: Groove PlayBuds (True Wireless Earphones). I cancelled a free music app to take out a subscription app 'Deezer' connected to the Fitbit, and purchased these earphones so that I can listen to music via the Versa watch. I am out money for nothing!**Also, this watch happens to be a replacement watch as the first one purchased didn't work at all. (It wouldn't allow me to get as far as the installation).**Other issues I have is that it will not log food via scanning bar codes. It is saying that it doesn't recognise the items. I have to try and search for the food items but there is a very limited list of food items and mostly the ones I need to find aren't there.**The 'Wallet' app doesn't work with my bank (Nationwide).**I am extremely disappointed by the lack of support and to me this is false advertising! At this stage I would like compensation to cover the cost of a new watch as I have been trying to get these issues sorted from Christmas. **I have sent images to the Facebook Messenger (Polly Breen-Fay) so if you log in you will see the images plus the conversation.**I haven't submitted any online reviews or recommendations yet but do feel that this is something that I would consider doing. I would like to give Fitbit the opportunity in the *st instance to try and come up with solutions quickly.
