My fitbit versa keeps saying it needs to be unlocked by my phone, but my fitbit is not connected to the fitbit app so I cant attempt to change the pin, and it is no longer Bluetooth connected to my phone. And I can't connect my versa as a new device because it won't let me view* see a verification code (numbers displayed on the versa). I have tried a factory reset (holding the * buttons down and letting go of the bottom right one) but nothing seems to be working. *any idea on what can be done, I* have contacted customer support haven't heard anything yet
