I had a bew fitbit. Got it synced with my phone and it didnt work as expected. Returned and got another. I had already delected ap from my phone, but in hindsight not the proper way. I went to sync my new phone and of course it wouldnt accept my email bexause it was still registered. Tried a second time and it accepted it because I made a typo. Now my new email address is in sync with my watch but the email address doesnt exist. So I deleted my good email account in order to change email address on new account to the right address but because it takes time for the deleted one to dissappear it still thinks I am trying to use an existing email address and won't let me make the change.
GetHuman1919822 did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
