The issue in GetHuman-gandlric's own words
I purchased a new fitbit charge * on October **, **** at Best Buy. Within the past month it has stopped functioning three times. The first two times I did the restart process and it began functioning again. However, today, January *, **** it began malfunctioning again by displaying more steps than I had walked and by not displaying any function other than the time and heart rate. I tried the restart process but it was not successful. Therefore, I request a return authorization number and address to return the product to you for a warranty claim.
GetHuman-gandlric did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
