I had received an email that someone changed my email address on my Fitbit account (definitely a hacker) and I emailed and called right away just to be told that I would receive an email because "my privacy is the most important thing so I'm going to send this to the higher ups to deal with" then I never received even a email back. I was able to get back into my account by changing the email back to my own and then making a new password but the fact that I didn't even receive an email just shows they do not care about their customers feedback or their privacy. I will definitely be switching to the apple watch or the Samsung watch just to avoid this company's **** customer service.

Change your email yourself and then change the password. If the person who changed your email also changed the password then I don't know, just wait forever for a reply from Fitbit I guess.
