I just bought a Fitbit versa. I set it up threw my phone. I was having difficulty so my husband logged in threw my email account (the account my Fitbit is linked too) original issue is fixed. Now I have a completely different user name, birthday, gender, weight and height, we DID NOT set this. I need this fixed. We contacted Fitbit spoke with a Gabriel. He was suppose to send an email to get issues fixed "shortly" that was * days ago.
