I just bought a Fitbit Charge * but cannot set it up. I used to have a different Fitbit a few years ago, so I have the app. And when I open it and try to set up my new Fitbit, it tells me I already have an account, but I cannot get past that, even when I've changed the password and tried re-downloading the app (three times). It's very very frustrating and I'm contemplating giving up and returning the Fitbit. I've tried the phone number but it is always busy. More frustration.
GetHuman-demersmi did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
