My Fitbit Charge *, which is out of warranty, has a crack in the screen that runs top to bottom. I did a search in the Community on how to repair it and found a thread of lots of people having that problem and they said that the only way to fix it was to buy a new one. Is that correct, the screen can’t be replaced? Why are all these people having the same problem of a screen that cracks top to bottom?
