I bought my second Fitbit from JB HI FI Southland November last year - a Charge * and the band has slightly split near where it connects so it keeps falling off. I cannot find my receipt so I can’t claim a new band.*My other Fitbit did the same thing but it was one where you could not get replaceable bands. I am disappointed that they don’t last longer. I wear it every day but it should last longer I think.
GetHuman-bowenaut did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
