Hi, I purchased my Charge * about * or * months ago from Walmart and purchased the warranty. My Fitbit seems to run at a lag speed. I'm not sure it is calculating all my steps and my notifications from my phone are very slow. My calls are dropped prior to me getting a notification on this device. Please tell me options for repair or replacement. I would totally be interest in upgrading if that is an option as it's my understanding that the Versa works so much better than this device.
