I had fitbit app on my phone and now it won't let me sign in, telling me that the password is incorrect, so I ask to reset it and my e-mail address is incorrect. How can I get my correct e-mail in the system? I deleted my app and tried to set up a new acct. and it tells me that my e-mail is already in use. I need some help, please.
