I have a case open for a return on my Fitbit Versa.*This is the case number I believe: ref:***D**N*lj.*****b*M*WNv:ref *and the tracking number on the return slip is:***** **** ******I did not realize that return label was FedEx and my USPS postal worker came and picked it up last Tuesday, **** and "says" he scanned it. After checking with Fitbit Support they said the tracking number is empty . I called my local USPS branches and they claim that all packages are sorted and that FedEx picks up regularly and they should have picked up and scanned by now. **I need to know if it was received by Fitbit by now. **Denise Principe
