I have a Fitbit Charge * HR. I have a crack in the screen that appeared when I was traveling in very warm temperatures (*** degrees C). The Fitbit is no longer under the * year warranty but is under the warranty under the Credit Card I purchased it with. The warranty requires I get a quote for repair costs but I'm pretty sure that it is not repairable nor do I believe that Fitbit screens are replaceable. I would like to receive an email from Fitbit that, under these circumstances, if the Fitbit was still under warranty with Fitbit, it would be replaced with a new unit. I would then be able to submit the documentation to have the Charge replaced by my Credit Card company. Many thanks for your assistance.
