I just received my Fitbit charge * in July and it is already very scratched up. I take excellent care of it and don’t bang it on anything, so I’m not sure how it has become so scratched. I’m not sure if there is something that can fix it or if you are willing to send a replacement, but I am very disappointed at how it has held up in just the last two and a half months.
