I ordered a new sport band for my fitbit charge * on the *th of august ****. It said it would ship in *-* weeks yet when I check the order status it still only says 'order received'. I would like this item sent to me as soon as possible as I think it is ridiculous it is taking this long. My order number is LSM*HB*DY. I would like to get this resolved ASAP as fitbit are usually efficient and helpful, but if this continues I will have to complain.
