Couple days ago my fitbit was working fine. I was getting ready for work and checked the battery life on the ionic and it was **%. Throughout the night I was doing paperwork and I needed to check the date. So I pushed the left middle button and nothing would come one. After awhile playing around with it *% popped up. At this time I was concerned that the battery was bad. I finished work and drove home to charge it. I had it plugged in until it was fully charged. I proceeded to look at the back and noticed that the clear plate on the top right sencer has disconnect from the edge and now is caved in. As of now my heart rate is not registering. There is no number coming up at all and it just shows * little lines. I have taken pictures to provided proof if need. This concerns me because when I workout I do sweat and I don't want the sweat to get into the little opening and damage more of the ionic.
