Good morning,*My * kids bought me the Fitbit Alta for Christmas **** and as of Thursday, August **rd, **** I've been having problems with it. I charge like I normally do and it completely charges, but * hours later, it's dead. It's never done that and I'm super bummed that I can't track my *****-***** steps a day it absolutely motivates me. My son has a bank statement with the payment on it from SportChek,but I don't have an actual receipt. Please advise.*Much appreciated,*Sarah Fawcett
