My fitbit alta, which is less than a year old so still covered by the warranty, has stopped working. I will charge it fully and it will last usually a day before the battery dies. This happens every time. I contacted customer support, and they told me to charge the fitbit and sync it every * hours. Well, I'm also having difficulties syncing, so that doesn't help much. I contacted customer support looking for answers, and all I got was "Charge it and sync it a lot." That doesn't really help. I have had a fitbit flex * and a fitbit charge hr, and both of those broke within * years as well. When I first looked into buying a fitbit, I was excited because I thought it would be a quality product that would last me a long time. Apparently, I was wrong. I am pretty active, but i am very careful with my fitbits. I don't get them wet, store them safely, and I treat them gently. I don't understand why they keep breaking. I received my fitbit alta as a gift, but lately it has just been a hassle. I would like help on this issue soon.*Thank you,*M Swift
