Discover problem as to why my Fitbit face not displaying while not charging ... Though I live in the UK, I bought a Fitbit Alta * years ago. I really liked it and used it almost everyday. Unfortunately, while on holiday in the US, the display stopped working. I tried everything, including dealing with your support team. Case no. *******. They basically said the Fitbit was no good and only offered a discount. I read others who also had this problem. I can't understand how nothing else can be done. This is awful service and very poor value for money. I read where others have the same issue. You're suppose to be be a reputable company. ! Is there no other solution save the ** percent discount. I'm very disappointed!
Only two years old . I paid $ *** for this . That's a lot of money for something to only last that short period of time
I would like to know specifically why this occurred. And if not able to be repaired, then a replacement. ** percent discount isn't much off a offer.
I bought this * years ago. I raved about it to friends, encouraging them to buy. Not sure I gave them the correct advice.
Don't know what else to do!
