Help with my Fitbit issue

My Fitbit Charge * Indicates Full Charge when connected to charger.when removed from charge The units sync & works as normal with full battery indication at removal*less than * minutes later the unit fails no response or indication on display, back on charger the unit indicated a low to *** charge indication. please help. Situation repeats.Solution: Either provide a fix or possible replacement. i miss my fitbit
