Yesterday I noticed green vertical lines on my versa, my daughter looked it up on the internet and said it might have something to do with a recent update that we were supposed to reset it. Did that and it was better for a short time (maybe * min) this morning when I woke up the whole screen was green lines and I couldn’t see any of the stats. I’m seeing a whole lot of people saying they have taken theirs back to the store where they were purchased due to extraordinarily long response times from Fitbit. Please advise
GetHuman-dakws did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
