How did GetHuman-scheuj do it?
Waiting to hear how GetHuman-scheuj fixed the problem to share with other customers.
Received a Versa as gift a few weeks ago. Synced it with my Iphone and updated my previous (Charge) dashboard...then tried to charge.**Will not charge more than *** of screen. Multiple tries...**Would like it repaired or replaced.
I trust that Fitbit will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
