Trying to install it to my account on the FitBit App. ... I received a replacement charge * approx. * months ago - I have still been unable to install it on the FitBit app. I do have a FitBit Zip on the app. When the Charge * is plugged in, it continually says at www.fitbit.com*setup. - there is also the fitbit insignia right above it. I have turned it off and on and still get no response from the Charge *. What am I doing wrong or?? Please advise
I really rely on my Charge * to track my activity daily. This is the second one now and I still can't use it.
I want to have someone please walk me through the above problem and help me get it installed !!!!
