Fitbit's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-djkelly a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I bought a new charge *. I already had a charge HR and upgraded. I tried to go into my app but it said there was already a customer with this email. I uninstalled the app, then installed again using my alternate gmail account. I was able to input my name. dob and a few other details. but no input of goals, or info on how to charge, etc. Every time I opened the app a little circle went round and round until the screen would go black. I did have my bluetooth on.
GetHuman-djkelly did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
