I have purchased charge* fitbit, down loaded fitbit app on my cell. No problem with syncing fitbit with phone, communication between devices is ok. The fitbit app is indicating firmware update is available. Attempted to update fitbit several times, via app but update fails every time. I have rebooted fitbit and phone but no success with update. I have Samsung A* phone. Batteries on both devices were fully charged. Do not understand what the issue is.
