How did GetHuman-sandoz do it?
Waiting to hear how GetHuman-sandoz fixed the problem to share with other customers.
The fitbit ap on my phone shows the fitbit needs charged. After charging the ap continues to show charging is still needed. Do not know how to correct.
I trust that Fitbit will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
