Fitbit's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-pcstish a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

My Charge * stopped synch'ing with my Windows ** PC about * weeks ago. I upgraded the fitbit app, did all the troubleshooting tips that the message board suggested, but still won't synch. Tried manually synch'ing, and it gets about a third of the way on the display bar, then halts.
I trust that Fitbit will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
