I purchased my fit bit in September **** and the band clip has broken. this is the second fit bit i have purchased since December ****. I think it should be replaced. II have been unable to find a retailer who can provide me with a band and would not know how to attach it even if it did. I have the receipt to prove purchase
I trust that Fitbit will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
