On June ** I went to bank to pay for a negative balance I had put extra money in, came find out I already had money in there which should have paid it off a bit. Since I put extra in it did not pay it even if teller said it was taken care of, im still locked out my account on app. On June ** around eight or nine in evening I had my boyfriend call customers services to unlock my app account for first Tennessee bank, since I have severe hearing loss in both ears, he asked if I can give them premission to let them talk to him so he can tell me what said. All they said was fortunately we can't do that. That is very discrimination against a disability I don't appreciate your bank and way you treated me at all.
