The issue in GetHuman-sfife's own words
I made a payment on my account on ***** for $**. The money was deducted from my bank account but never credited to my Premier credit card. They continued to try to run a payment through for the next week but it was declined since the payment had already been processed on my end. Now the payment has some how disappeared from my bank statements and is not showing on my Premier statement but now I’m out $** with no clue where it went. I only receive automatic responses when I submit inquiries through my online account.
