I was using an app that was paying my bills automatically I didn't know that my bills were bouncing I didn't even know that my Premier credit card was closed I paid off what was due to bring it down to a zero balance and I want to use my card and it did not work I got a statement in the mail like two days later stating that my account was closed I called in to see about reopening it and they said for me to fax over documentation showing that that app was not working for not just their company for other companies so I did that they said to call back Monday which is today and now they're saying is going to take as long as Wednesday to see about opening my account like I told him I don't have money like that
What they dont realize was I was unaware my account was closed I was never told this I made my payment expected to be able to use my card to go to a funeral this weekend it's better than holding cash on me come to find out I couldn't use my card in my account was closed even though I already paid the balance off and I miss the funeral
My account activated again
I have an issue with First Premier Bank too
