Home central AC went out on Thursday July thirty. We live in Las Vegas, where temperatures are well over *** degrees, usually ***-*** degrees* night temps are no lower than ** degrees. American Home Warranty @AmHomeWarranty was contacted immediately but a repair company was not sent out until Sunday August *nd. They determined a part was needed to be ordered. American Home Warranty continued to insist to us that the part was sent out. No tracking number was given to us. FedEx and the repair company had no record of a part being sent. Contact again (wait holds up to one hour each - we've spent HOURS on hold), and we insisted that we get a tracking number. We got the FedEx tracking number was finally given to us on Monday, August **th. The tracking number shows no status at all, as of today. We are suffering. We are a family of three, including a * year old. We have been lied to, put on hold for hours and hours, given the run around by AHW and the repair company over and over again. It has been ** days!! What can we do? Starting on Saturday, the temperature will rise to *** degrees, with Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday expected to be at *** degrees. Please help us!
