Hello, my name is Alfredo Daniel Parra. I recently made in-app purchases totaling over $[redacted] in Real Racing 3. However, after updating the app, all my purchases vanished. I possess proof of purchase and can provide my identification information for my account. Instead of a refund, I kindly request that the items I purchased be restored in the app. Being a dedicated customer who has spent approximately $[redacted] supporting the app, I truly enjoy playing the game. I am hopeful that you can promptly return the items to me as I have shared the purchase history numbers and account details to expedite the process. I have taken part in numerous promotional offers on The Sims Freeplay to earn LPs. The LPs were supposed to be credited to my account upon completion, but they have not appeared. Currently, I only have 20 LP from watching videos and doing hobbies when I should have received 63 LP from various tasks, such as Marry Me (3 LP), Magic Jigsaw Puzzles (13 LP), Hustle Castle (2 LP), My Museum Story: Mystery Match (9 LP), Jumping Guy (1 LP), Backgammon- Lord of the Board (31 LP), and Solitaire Grand Harvest (4 LP). Some of these tasks were done back in June, and the LPs were never added. Moreover, I completed an offer for 76 LP in Trials of Heroes, but it was rejected even though I successfully finished it. Unfortunately, I have no proof as I was unaware that I needed to provide one. I have encountered these issues only recently; previously, the LPs were added promptly to my account after completing offers. My Game Center account linked to Freeplay is Leigh-[redacted]. I recently changed the email address linked to my cloud save from [redacted] to [redacted] with Electronic Arts and Origin. However, after this change, my cloud save seems to have disappeared. Despite following suggestions to update the game on Google Play, which only offers up to version 6.7 and I have version 7.2.0, my issue remains unresolved. I have put countless hours into playing the game, reaching rank 73, customizing nearly 60-70 cars, and earning various extras legitimately. Despite my efforts, the cloud save is not appearing with the new email. The support has classified my concerns as resolved when they are not, so I will continue submitting tickets until addressed properly. I have even tried reaching out to [redacted], the CEO of EA, but haven't received a response yet.

Hello, I have been playing RR3 for years now, and I tried to VIP the new Lancia LC2, but it didn’t go through due to a “connection error.” Although I checked all my connections and attempted again, I received a message stating “this in-app purchase has already been bought, it will be restored for free,” but it still reverts back to a connection error. While I can successfully buy money and cars from the store and download new content, I am unable to VIP any cars, experiencing the same issue with each attempt. It feels as though I am stuck in a loop. This situation is hindering my gameplay progression, making it challenging to advance in the game without VIP access to the cars. Hello, I bought the [redacted] gold bonus for $30.99 last Thursday (4/7/19). After the purchase, I updated the save, then proceeded to update a car and test it. I was unhappy with it, so I tried to revert to the previous save, only to find out that it hadn't saved properly. The game showed my last best save was 5 days ago. I lost the [redacted] gold and wasted $30.99 in the process. I've tried to reach out to you before but haven't received any response yet. Just resending the issue for your attention. - Bob

I have encountered a cheater in Underground Rivals (UGR) in "Need for Speed No Limits" and have evidence of their unfair advantage. It is frustrating facing cheaters in the game, especially when their times are impossible to beat with legitimate means. As a dedicated VIP level 9 player, I enjoy the game immensely and would appreciate if the system could better detect and remove cheaters promptly. I have taken a picture of the cheater's time for reference. Additionally, I believe it would be beneficial for VIP players to have the option to purchase black parts and car blueprints for all vehicles in the chop shop using scrap currency. This enhancement would not only show appreciation towards VIP members like myself but also contribute to further enjoyment of the game. Hello, I used to play Real Racing 3, but I haven't played in a while. Recently, when I decided to start playing again, I noticed that the game has been updated with a completely new look, music, and events. Initially, I was impressed by the changes, but I realized that my previous races and events are no longer available. I'm curious if there is a way for me to access my old races and events. I am experiencing difficulty with the login process. Despite using the correct password from Firefox, the system claims it is incorrect, which is frustrating. Two days ago, I encountered an Error #2 on Real Racing 3, which led to me losing my progress. Fortunately, the game managed to recover an older save, although it resulted in a login time discrepancy and a loss of 60 Gold at the end of the month. Furthermore, the game frequently crashes due to excessive ads causing connectivity issues. These interruptions impact gameplay, causing crashes, low frame rates, and control problems. It seems that the developers prioritize profit over user experience. I am using an nVidia Shield Tegra K1, so hardware performance is not the issue. I urge for a resolution to the login problem and ask for the 60 Gold to be reinstated.

I recently got a new phone and attempted to download The Sims FreePlay but am unable to access my old game progress. I originally had it saved on my old phone, but it does not appear on my new device. I am not sure if this issue is due to switching from Android to iPhone. My player ID for the old game was [redacted]7, and the Cloud cell device ID was [redacted]84. I have started a new game now with player ID [redacted]0 and cloud cell device ID [redacted]08. Since I have invested real money in the game and reached a higher level in my old game, I was hoping if it would be possible to transfer my progress to the new game. I've been enjoying playing Sims FreePlay as a VIP 8, but recently, my status was downgraded to VIP 7, and I'm missing my purchased white pugs. In addition, during an event, my progress was reset, causing frustration. My friend count also dropped drastically from over 30 to only seven. Attempting to retrieve my saved data from the cloud was unsuccessful. I'm hoping to have my VIP 8 status restored, my white pugs, and friends returned, along with the items I previously built which are now missing. It would be greatly appreciated if I could get back everything I have lost.

Hi EA Sports, I've been playing Real Racing 3 on my dad's Android device, and by mistake, I used his email as the sign-in ID along with my Facebook account. Now, I'm switching to an iOS device, and I want to use my email as the main ID. I'm unsure if I can merge my dad's RR3 account with my email or if there are other suggestions you can provide. Currently, I have my game saved with Facebook on my phone, and everything is working fine. I'm concerned if this setup will transfer seamlessly to iOS. If I sign in to RR3 on iOS using my Facebook ID instead of Game Center or my dad's Gmail, will it work as before? Thank you.

I recently encountered an issue with the Sims Freeplay app where all my neighbors disappeared. Despite attempting to log in and out of my linked Facebook account, the problem persisted. Following advice from the game's tech support website, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, ensuring to back up my data to the cloud. However, upon reinstalling, my progress was not properly restored. Consequently, I have lost several levels and all my in-game purchases, including those at VIP 6 level. Despite these efforts, the neighbor issue remains unresolved. I had invested approximately $15 or more in app purchases. My player ID is [redacted]6, and my CLOUDCELL ID is [redacted]14. I am eager for a resolution to this matter.

Hello, I've been playing Sims for a few years now, and I encountered an issue while trying to save my file. After clicking "yes" to save, I found myself back on my old account from [redacted] weeks ago. I had invested a considerable amount of time and money into the deleted account. I am not sure how to retrieve my progress. Furthermore, on the account where I had dedicated a lot of time and money, I faced additional problems. I had spent both time and money on it. Additionally, I missed out on the Claus quest and didn't receive Santa's farm house after spending 4.15 hours on it, with only 4.30 hours left to complete everything.
