I am currently at narita airport. I was booked for flight AY** this morning, I checked in and went through security and immigration. At the gate I found that my phone, passport and ticket were missing and I wasn’t allowed to board the plane. I went through my bags several times and so did a colleague as well as three members of staff at the airport. We finally found everything under a loose flap on the bottom of my bag but it was too late. The staff tried to rebook me on the next flight but couldn’t do it for resons unbeknownst to me and they referred me to my employer’s travel agency instead. They in turn do not open their Office until much later today. I wonder if anyone can help me understand what I should do now?
