Earlier this month, I purchased an office computer chair. After assembling it, I ensured all screws and wheels were tightly secured. However, last Thursday, one of the wheels came off while I was sitting, causing me to fall and injure my right shoulder and arm. I have received medical treatment for these injuries. Although I usually keep the boxes of my purchases, this time the box was accidentally discarded by a friend. Therefore, I would like to request a refund as the chair appears to be defective. I will disassemble it and return it to Fingerhut in a different box. I have been a satisfied customer of Fingerhut for three years and have always been happy with the products and service. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly.

I'm interested in applying for the "Fingerhut Advantage New Customer No Annual Fee" card, specifically for bad credit. I received an offer for the CASHNET USA card and when I compared credit cards online, the Fingerhut card was the only match I found. I'm not sure about my credit score, but I know it's at least above [redacted]. I am actively working on rebuilding my credit, paying off debts, and dealing with identity theft issues. I prefer not to disclose my Social Security Number online due to identity theft concerns, and I want to avoid causing a hard pull on my credit. I allowed someone to use my Fingerhut credit card, and they assured me they would make the payments. However, I noticed my credit score dropping recently. Last week, I ordered what was supposed to be a gun safe as listed in the ad. When I visited the Burska Manufacturing website to get more details about the safe, I discovered it was actually a flat wall safe without adequate space for guns. The ad lacks dimensions and side-view pictures, with only a single picture resembling a standard safe. Once I receive the item, I plan to return it promptly. However, I expect the return process not to incur shipping or restocking fees because of the misleading product description.

Hello, I need some assistance. Yesterday, upon logging into my account, I noticed a significant decrease in my balance. I spoke with a representative two weeks ago to switch my payment frequency from weekly to monthly. Unfortunately, the change was not made, resulting in two $35.00 overdraft fees on my account. I would like a refund for these fees and have my payments adjusted to monthly as requested. I had previously requested the payment date to be the 3rd of December. I am disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received regarding my canceled order and the subsequent reorder issue. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, the problem remained unresolved, and I had to reorder the item at a higher cost. I have spoken to three different representatives at Fingerhut and have also sent emails regarding a repeated issue over the past three months. Despite assurances that it's resolved, charges and $35 bank fees are still being withdrawn from the setup account. I have made multiple payments, but the situation persists. I strongly prefer to pay monthly rather than weekly from this account. Removing the account details will prevent these unexpected charges. I'd appreciate it if my bank information can be deleted from my account. Continuously deducting payments hurts me with extra fees and leaves me dissatisfied, potentially leading to negative feedback. I've already expressed my concerns on previous calls, but the problem remains unresolved. I am disappointed by the lack of a self-service option to modify my personal data on the account. Please address this matter promptly.

I have been a loyal customer of Fingerhut since I was 20, and I am now 59. I am frustrated and seeking assistance. I have been diligently working on improving my credit score for a year in hopes of buying a house. Recently, Fingerhut increased my credit line without my consent, encouraging me to make a purchase. However, when I chose not to buy anything, the unrequested increase was rescinded, causing my credit score to drop by 23 points. This does not seem fair to me. After four decades of loyalty, I expected better treatment, such as leaving the credit increase untouched for future use. If this matter is not resolved, I may cease all future business with Fingerhut and inform the numerous clients I encounter daily at the Welfare Office about my negative experience. I feel penalized for a credit adjustment I did not authorize, which jeopardizes my home buying plans. I am eager to address this issue with a customer service supervisor.

I attempted to send two apology letters to Fingerhut which were not received. I am now reaching out this way. Recently, I received a call from a gentleman informing me my account was past due. Due to having automatic payments set up, I initially thought the call was fraudulent and unfortunately made some inappropriate comments. I mentioned contacting my attorney, which I regret as I do not have one. Moving forward, I will refrain from making such remarks. I need to discuss an issue with an item I returned for an exchange that Fingerhut promised. The item I bought, a hoverboard for my son, was on sale and arrived cracked. When I returned it, I was told they could only offer me the same item at full price, since the sale had ended and they were now out of stock. This feels unfair as I was assured an exchange prior to returning it. Today, I received a package from Fingerhut, but it contained three children's DVDs intended for a customer in Westerville, Ohio, not me in Country Club Hills, IL. I recently purchased a phone through Fingerhut. Upon opening and attempting to activate it at T-Mobile, I discovered it was not compatible and did not transfer my information properly. On June 15, [redacted], I ordered the Samsung Chromebook 4 11.6 Full HD Intel Celeron with 6GB Memory and 64GB SSD from Fingerhut, listed as Item NQ0QS. My order number was ORD[redacted], with UPS tracking number 1Z5RX065YW[redacted]6. I specifically requested a signature delivery to ensure I received the laptop securely. Despite this, Fingerhut used USPS for the delivery to my row townhome. On delivery day, I was informed it was left in the communal mailbox. Due to the value being over $[redacted], I had to report it to the police and provide an affidavit to Fingerhut with report number [redacted]. Following their email stating the laptop was delivered, I have now been instructed to send a dispute letter within 45 days to seek a refund.
