I have a different email address than the one I used to log into my Fingerhut and when I put that email in and submit it and try to reset my password I'm never given the reset email from Fingerhutclaims I have that email active for ** hours but I have never received an email to reset my password to activate that email ** hours it doesn't do anything and I pushed the reset send email again and it doesn't work that way either
GetHuman-poorspri did not yet indicate what Fingerhut should do to make this right.
