I have order number CP ******* PLACED on November **. It has been payed for but the status report shows "preparing for shipment". What is the status for this order? Also, there is no way to contact a service representative through customer service or the corporate phone number. I am concerned that there is no voice communication available after an hour of trying through any phone number listed.
