On July **-** I placed an order for three Ref. water filters (Item * PH*****). The order was back ordered and later shipped by FED-EX. the filters were never received at our address - **** Dunnbury Way, Sacramento, CA *****. After waiting several days I found the Tracking * (********************) which showed the order had been deilvered a week earlier. After three calls to fed-ex Aug. *-* and ** I finally talked to a live person. I was told that the shipper (filtersfast) was the only one who could call fed-ex and resolve the problem. I was told that the $**.** I paid for the filters would be reimbursed to filtersfast upon request. I still need the filters (order ********) please ship the replacement order at no charge to me.
