The issue in GetHuman-jerky's own words
Hey folks. I ordered two filters on July **, **** (order *cp-*******) and when I checked on status of shipment it says delivered. I have not received these as of *-**-****. I don't know how they were shipped and assumed they would be delivered by UPS or FEDEX so I put my business physical address on the request. please contact me as to where I went wrong, because if you mailed these they wont be delivered to my business address. Since the two filters were of the ** inch variety I assumed they wouldn't be mailed to a p.o. box.
GetHuman-jerky did not yet indicate what FiltersFast.com should do to make this right.
