********I received my order (CP-*******) today for * refrigerator water filters. First- there was no invoice enclosed ( so I could check whether I received the **% off that was given to me on my order)*Second-all three came in opened damaged boxes and one of the posts was broken off one of the filters. I have been ordering from your website and never have been so dissatisfied with an order. I went to the website to find out how to return the broken one , but now I am not convinced the other two are OK ( the plastic protective covers are missing too). There was no explanation under return reason for a broken item. Why not? The other reasons simply don't fit the bill. I also searched quite a while to find a phone number where I could TALK to someone.....there was no number listed anywhere on your order page or return address on the bag of my filters.
