I been calling the customer service number * days. I spoke with a Janeka regarding the fact that im not able to login to my online banking suddlenly when the Merger with MB was done. Numerous of agents resent the account yet im not able to access the online banking. I also went into my local branch and my favorite banker couldn't figure out why Im not able to access online banking. Not to mention Im currently getting email alerts about an overdraft. I'm beyond upset. Considering no one is able to help me. I wanted to set up bill pay and add another job yet for * days im not able to access my account online. In which I was able to do so before. Also if anyone decides to respond to this every rest step has been taken and tried. YET I'M NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT!
