The insurance on my home, which is in an escrow account with your company, is due December **. I have received * invoices for it..My insurance agent tried to get information today from Fifth Third and was not allowed to talk to anyone since she isn't a customer.. I was on hold on your regular customers service number for ** minutes with no answer. I tried another number that I found online for faster service. I have been on hold with that call for ** minutes now..Same message and music as the previous number...I opted for the callback, received this recording "Sorry we are unable to schedule your call back at this time" ...I am a new customer, your company bought my loan from Union Home Mortgage active November *. I very upset about the lack of service...If I am not able to contact an agent tomorrow in a timely manner, I will have to talk to my mortgage broker about moving my account to another bank..This number is suppose to be answered until **:** p.m. The number was answered by recordings at *:**. Where is everyone and why can't they activate the call back service?
