I have been attempting to cancel my insurance policy since January in Soledad, CA. Initially, they only removed one of my cars but continued to bill me. After the manager, Rocio, assured me she canceled the policy, I received another bill notification shortly after. During my fifth or sixth visit to the office, Rocio insisted it was cancelled, but another employee confirmed it was still active. I ended up having to contact Anchor General myself to cancel it. Despite Rocio claiming they hadn't received the refund, I discovered Anchor General had issued it since February 22. Rocio gave conflicting information about receiving checks and ultimately admitted to cashing mine. Although they cashed my check on March 7th and processed it on the 12th, I have yet to receive my refund after almost 3 months. I have visited the office approximately 10 times, even though I live in Greenfield, not Soledad. The staff's unprofessional behavior, including being on personal calls while customers wait, has made my experience even more frustrating. This ongoing issue remains unresolved, leading me to consider legal action against the company.

I contacted about 30 minutes ago and still received no response. I have been a customer since [redacted], insuring at least 3 cars with this company regularly. Unfortunately, it seems that loyalty does not matter to Fiesta Insurance. They never return calls or emails. I have sent several messages over the years and have not received a single response. Today, I have been calling and emailing all day with no luck. This lack of professionalism is frustrating, and I have evidence of the emails and calls that have gone unanswered. I have more evidence to support my claims regarding the lack of response to my inquiries.
