Help with my Fido issue

I have a phone and it’s locked, I don’t have plan with Fido anymore and I am in brazil right now. Still have my number but can not call, I also can not access fico.ca to*Chat. My phone supposed to be unlocked and now I can not use here.
GetHuman-luany_tr did not yet indicate what Fido should do to make this right.
