I was supposed to receive a package on 03/03/[redacted] with Tracking # 5[redacted] [redacted]. Typically, packages are left on my front porch or at the back door, but this time I found it on 03/04/[redacted] about [redacted] yards downhill at the foot of the driveway on the rock wall by the road. Interestingly, it was right across from my mailbox where it easily could have been placed. It was lucky I noticed it the next day when I went to get the mail. I want to bring to Fedex's attention that if the driver claims they left it at the house, they are not being truthful. I plan to request deliveries through other carriers in the future due to this experience. It seems like Fedex is now less reliable than the U.S. Postal Service. Phyllis H. An envelope was mistakenly delivered to my address ([redacted] Saint Andrews Dr SE, Rio Rancho, NM [redacted]) instead of the correct address at [redacted] Esplanade Circle, Rio Rancho, NM [redacted]. Despite my immediate call to Fed Ex after the delivery, the package remains untouched on my doorstep a day later, having been exposed to the weather. I was assured that the driver would pick it up and deliver it to the correct address, but it has not been resolved. Please assist in retrieving the envelope and ensuring it reaches the intended recipient promptly.

I wanted to share the email I sent to Chewy.com. I wanted to inform you that I have received the shipment. Initially, I was about to notify you that no package had arrived as your email mentioned. However, a neighbor informed me that a heavy package with my name had been carelessly left in her driveway. She mentioned it almost caused an accident upon her return. Some of the cans were dented, but the seals appear intact. I suggest considering an alternative to FedEx for deliveries to our area due to recurrent issues. FedEx has been delivering to the wrong side of the road, ignoring clearly marked addresses. Our properly labeled residence is distinct from the one where packages have been misdelivered. I received a text message on March 24th informing me that my package was to be delivered. Later that same day, I received another text claiming a delivery attempt was made, despite me being home with no notice left. After contacting customer service, I was assured the package would arrive the following day, but the same scenario repeated. When following up, I was informed that the delivery was actually scheduled for March 26th, and the texts were sent in error. Today, I received a call from the local FedEx branch mentioning the driver's inability to locate a code on the label, yet no attempt to contact me despite having my number. Waiting at home for a package that never appears is frustrating. Improved service is needed.

I am reaching out on behalf of my 90-year-old father. His deliveries often go to the front door, which is blocked and not used. Despite a large sign I put up, Fedex has dropped off heavy items under the sign twice. This is frustrating since I cannot always help him due to living out-of-state. I need the delivery personnel to read the sign and drop packages at the side door instead. The side door is just as accessible from the street as the front door but does not require walking across the lawn. I want to contact the right person at Fedex to relay this message to the driver handling my father's route.

For the last year, packages addressed to Shari Greifner have been mistakenly delivered to my address at [redacted] Kendall Ct. instead of [redacted] Weston Manor in The Villages, FL. This has become a recurring issue, and while I don't mind walking them over to her block, leaving them outside in bad weather is a concern. Despite my attempts to call customer service for help, I have been disconnected three times after speaking with a representative. The latest misdelivered package had tracking number 1[redacted] [redacted]. I would appreciate it if your driver could be more attentive in locating the correct address in this area. Some of Mrs. Greifner's packages contain medical supplies, so ensuring they are delivered to the right place is crucial. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Hello, I recently selected 2-day shipping for a package last Friday. Unfortunately, there were no tracking updates until today, and the delivery date is now set for Thursday, which is not the expected 2-day timeframe. I understand that using FedEx was my choice, but this delay is inconvenient, especially for an important package. While I rarely use FedEx due to past issues, I hope for a timely delivery when I do. Given the circumstances, I am reaching out to request a complimentary upgrade to expedite the shipping to one-day, considering the current delay. The package is being shipped from xFinity. I spent nearly $[redacted] to overnight a package to Mexico, only to find out it doesn't exist. After months of back and forth, being told I needed to hire a special importer in Tijuana for $[redacted] to pick it up, I finally requested it be returned. Even then, they wanted $[redacted] to send it back, despite being only 13 miles away. After negotiating, they agreed to return it for free. However, when the package reached my PO Box instead of my house and required a signature, it was empty. It wasn't even the original box, and the label falsely claimed it was sent by Apple, not me. I have extensive documentation of the entire process. I've been trying to contact them with no luck. I'm still paying insurance on the missing phone, resulting in a $[redacted] loss. Due to their negligence, I had to purchase two new phones. It seems their customer service has been outsourced, leading to confusion and frustration.

I was informed that a package would arrive yesterday (4/7), but it did not. After tracking it today (4/8), it seems the delivery is scheduled for today. However, the package is still in North Carolina while I am in Pennsylvania. The representative explained that the facility entered the information incorrectly and cannot provide further updates. They suggested contacting the shipper to email Fedex for an accurate status. This situation is a recurring issue with this company. For instance, last February, I had a similar experience with a flower delivery. Despite multiple rescheduled dates, the flowers arrived dead with minimal communication from Fedex. It's frustrating dealing with a company that shows little regard for its customers.

I witnessed the FedEx delivery driver arriving at our house. After he searched for the package, he left, but then returned and marked it as delivered without actually leaving the package. When I checked where packages are usually left, there was nothing there. Despite FedEx initially stating the package would arrive the following business day, it did not show up. After contacting the shipper, they disclaimed any responsibility, as did FedEx. My efforts to resolve the situation with FedEx, specifically with employee Jill, were fruitless as she refused to escalate my concern. I have reached a dead-end with both FedEx and the shipper in resolving this issue.

I am currently encountering an issue with FedEx stating that my package has been delivered when it has not arrived at my location. The tracking number associated with this shipment is [redacted]87. I urgently require assistance in resolving this matter. Could you provide me with information on which driver delivered the package and where it was left, as it was not left at my address. This was a significant purchase, and I had a specific date in mind for its receipt as it was intended as a gift. My previous experience with your company was also less than satisfactory, as the first item I ordered was delivered late and damaged despite being clearly marked with "DO NOT BEND." It had to be replaced due to this issue. I hope we can rectify this situation promptly.

Shipment 7[redacted] [redacted] was delivered around January 12. Unfortunately, the new employee failed to update the delivery status, so it still shows as "pending" since January, causing frustration. Despite reaching out to FedEx through chat and phone calls, the issue remains unresolved. The item in question is a shredder purchased from Staples, now in use in the office. Kindly update the status to reflect its actual delivery completion and remove the lingering "pending" tag and red exclamation point.

The FedEx driver left my packages unattended in the lobby of my large apartment complex. There is a sign in the lobby clearly stating that all packages should be delivered to the appropriate apartment. The driver made no attempt to notify me that my packages were being left there. Another resident informed me that my packages were left in the lobby. It is important that drivers are informed that packages should be delivered to the correct apartment, not left unattended in the lobby.

My package with tracking number #[redacted]98 was supposed to arrive on Friday, but there have been delays. After contacting the Lufkin, TX location, I was informed that the trailer broke down, and even though it was scheduled for delivery on Saturday before being taken off the truck, the same thing happened this morning. It seems the issue lies with one particular woman who seems to be in charge at the Lufkin, TX terminal. She is holding up my delivery, despite my explanations about FedEx discontinuing Saturday deliveries in our area. I have lived here for 40 years, and no driver has ever had trouble reaching my location. I paid $65.00 for a prompt delivery and just want my package to be delivered promptly. The constant removal of my package from the delivery truck after being loaded is frustrating due to this woman's actions. This situation needs resolving promptly.

I have repaired my rutted lawn twice this spring already, and I refuse to do it again. Today, your driver once more drove across my lawn with a large truck, causing deep ruts. If this continues, I will not tolerate it. UPS has been able to deliver packages without damaging my property by backing onto my driveway. If this happens again, I expect the driver to fix the damage with topsoil and grass seed like UPS did last year when they caused a rut. Communication is key, and I appreciate when mistakes are acknowledged and promptly addressed. Please respect my property boundaries in the future to avoid any further damage.

I am reaching out because I contacted customer service on Monday, 4/11/22 around 11:20 a.m. regarding the FedEx delivery driver who tossed my package on my front porch without ringing the doorbell. I find this behavior unprofessional, especially when there are doorbells readily available. Following the advice of the customer service representative, as the package had a USPS tracking number, I reached out to the post office to file a complaint. However, I was subsequently advised by the post office to file the complaint with FedEx. This back and forth has left me feeling frustrated. My ring doorbell captured the driver's actions. I have two more FedEx deliveries scheduled, and I hope for a better experience. I will wait for a response before contacting the vendor.

I reside in a condominium at Fishkill, NY, and today around noon, a Fed Ex delivery was made to a building on the property. The package was delivered to one of four units: 5-C, 5-D, 5-G, or 5-H, YEW Court. Unfortunately, as I was working on property repairs due to winter weather, I didn't see where the package was left by the driver once they entered the building. I am contacting you regarding the delivery incident. While our contractor was repairing damaged curbing, your delivery driver drove the truck over the curbing, onto the lawn, and around our contractor's vehicle into the parking lot. This action damaged the wet lawn, which now requires topsoil to repair. When I addressed the driver about avoiding driving on our lawns, he responded incoherently and showed disrespect. It is unacceptable for any visitor to drive on our lawns without considering the damage caused. I am concerned about the driver's behavior and actions representing Fed Ex. I kindly request information on addressing this issue with the driver. Also, please advise on where I can submit the invoice for reimbursement of the lawn repair expenses on behalf of the property. I recently had a package delivery issue with Fed Ex. Initially, there was an address correction problem, which was fixed. However, the shipper allegedly requested the package to be returned, which they denied when I contacted them. The package was then delayed by two days. On the supposed delivery day, the tracker showed it was being sent back to the sender, eventually winding up in another state. Fed Ex mentioned the shipper requested the return in their notes, creating confusion as it was supposedly out for delivery. I'm frustrated by the lack of clear information from both parties involved. This gift was intended for a 91-year-old in need of a recliner, and the situation is very distressing given the circumstances.

I'm Jenny B. I have a package with tracking number [redacted]19 set to deliver on 4-13-22. A delivery was attempted but failed. My cousin mentioned the FedEx driver came to their house but didn't deliver my package. I downloaded the FedEx app, created an account, and updated the delivery instructions to describe my tan house with a white Mustang in the driveway. The app promised a second delivery attempt the next business day, but no package arrived. Since then, I've received notifications daily that the package will be delivered the next day, which never happens. I can't go pick it up as I lack transportation. Even though FedEx has successfully delivered other packages, they haven't attempted to redeliver mine. I feel the service has been lacking, and I seek assistance.
