I recently ordered 10 boxes of printed shirts from a company located roughly 2 hours away from my home. I opted for shipping via Fed Ex at a cost of $[redacted], with the shipment made on Thursday, Dec. 2. Unfortunately, upon delivery this week, one box was missing as it was declared lost by Fed Ex hub in Menomonee Falls, which is just an hour from my location. I made multiple calls to Fed Ex seeking resolution. The customer service experiences were frustrating due to language barriers with service agents, miscommunication, unmet promises of delivery, and a lack of clarity on the status of the missing box. Despite my efforts to track and arrange for the missing box to be delivered to a specific location by a certain time, I was ultimately left without my $[redacted] worth of merchandise, causing significant inconvenience. The repeated misinformation, difficulty in communication, and the inability to rectify the situation have left me deeply dissatisfied. I find it unacceptable that I cannot retrieve the merchandise despite its close proximity. This experience has resulted in wasted time and money, and I simply want my missing box of merchandise promptly delivered to me.

I ordered a helicopter part that was supposed to arrive last Thursday but got delayed until Friday. Despite multiple calls to customer service, they provided conflicting information and assured me to ignore the website tracking. After the package didn't arrive, I opened an investigation as the helicopter was grounded. Despite assurances for delivery by Monday, similar promises were made for Saturday delivery with no success. I am frustrated with the lack of accurate information from FedEx's customer service representatives, leading to further delays and confusion in resolving the issue promptly. I am concerned about the delivery service leaving my packages by the mailbox along State Highway without my consent. It is too exposed, and anyone passing by could easily take it unnoticed. I kindly request for future deliveries to be placed on my front porch, which can be easily accessed by driving up our driveway. I live on Highway 70 in Greeneville. Only one out of the two well pumps I ordered has been delivered. Our address is [redacted] Asheville Hwy, Greeneville, TN [redacted]. Please ensure the delivery driver is informed to bring packages to the front porch for safety reasons. Thank you.

I am quite disappointed with the delivery driver's lack of attention to antitheft delivery methods and failure to adhere to simple instructions. I specifically requested the package to be pushed under the gate, preferably on the resident side, or next to the west gate post if it didn't fit. However, the driver placed the package directly in front of the gate entry in the middle of the driveway. This oversight is frustrating.

I've encountered issues with FedEx Zelienople terminal shipments being misrouted, resulting in non-delivery. My neighbors face the same problem. A driver mentioned it could be due to the incorrect labeling of our street. Recently, despite receiving four delivery texts, the package never arrived. Customer service seems unable to address the root cause, focusing only on their scripts. I am frustrated with the poor service Fedex has been providing with my delivery. My shipment has been in transit since 12/7/21, and as of 12/13/21, it still has not been delivered. The delivery date keeps changing, and the tracking information even said it would be delivered yesterday. I am exasperated that I cannot speak to a person for assistance; the automated system is not helpful at all. Fedex, which used to be reliable, is now incredibly unreliable. It seems like their employees are not competent. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not recommend Fedex in the future. The tracking system is a mess, and I cannot even reach a human for help. I just want my shipment to be delivered promptly. Fedex has disappointed me greatly.

Stoneberry used FedEx to deliver my merchandise by ground on December 3, [redacted]. It was supposed to be received by the 8th, but it has been stuck in Martinsburg, WV since the 9th. I paid for this item, and it's not reaching my address as promised by one of your customer service representatives. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]81. I need my item before Christmas. My package reached Phoenix on December 3rd. Since then, its status has changed multiple times, from "will arrive tomorrow" to "will arrive by 10pm," then to "pending," back to "will arrive on (specific day)," "will arrive by 10pm" again, and now it's back to "pending." Friday, December 3, [redacted] 6:15 PM FEDEX SMARTPOST PHOENIX, AZ Arrived at FedEx location The package has been in Phoenix for 10 days. I am in NW Tempe, a mere 10 minutes away from the FedEx location. I'm puzzled why it took only 5 days for the package to travel from Ohio to Phoenix, but it's been more than 10 days and it's still not at the final destination 10 minutes away. I'm unsure if FedEx typically handles deliveries from the Federal Reserve Bank of NY in this manner. I purchased a Larson 32" x 81" storm door (model #[redacted]1) from Vortoutlet.com on October 27, [redacted], but sadly, it never arrived. Fedex gave me a tracking number, but when I checked with their customer service, they mentioned that the tracking number did not match my details, making it impossible to locate the door. I was advised to contact the seller, Vortoutlet.com, but I have been unable to reach them. Fedex has not been much help either. At this point, I simply want a refund for the payment made. FedEx states the package was delivered, but my son was home when the truck arrived, and the package was not left. It was scanned as delivered incorrectly. Tracking number [redacted]42, Case number [redacted]6. I understand your records show it was left, but has anyone spoken with the driver for clarification? When I contacted customer service, they only reiterated the incorrect delivery status. They advised contacting the sender, whom I reached out to and they are reshipping the item. They believe in quality products, whereas it seems FedEx profits from reshipping items without taking responsibility. Can someone please follow up with me?

I placed an order with Brylane Home on December 5, [redacted] for 9 packages, which were picked up by FedEx on December 6, [redacted]. The FedEx tracking number for my shipment is [redacted][redacted]. However, the packages seem to have encountered an issue at the Fort Worth facility. FedEx has been unable to provide me with a delivery timeline or status update, instructing me to contact Brylane. When I reached out to Brylane, they advised me that FedEx needs to provide information in the notes section online before they can resend my order or issue a refund. I have yet to receive any of my packages. The tracking numbers I have provided do not show any updates in your system. I am very frustrated with this situation as I have paid for items that have not been delivered to me. Tracking them shows a message that the tracking number does not exist, which is unacceptable. I have all the receipts for my purchases and would like some help resolving this issue promptly.

I made a purchase on November 27th, and I am still waiting for it to arrive. The travel history of the order shows that it has been to multiple locations, leading it further away from its original shipping point. The latest update says it's scheduled to be delivered this Friday the 17th. I hope it finally arrives, as this situation with FedEx has been frustrating.

I sent a package on December 6th around 8:30 AM with an expected delivery date of December 8th. It's now December 14th, and my perishable shipment still hasn't been delivered. I've contacted customer service twice and was promised a callback that never happened. I paid $39.00 for shipping, and I'm disappointed in the lack of timely delivery. I've had issues with your services before, particularly with overnight delivery in the past. The tracking number for my current shipment is [redacted]46. It's been stuck in Munster, Indiana, just 20 minutes away from its final destination since last Friday, which is unacceptable. I ordered a large item from Sam's Club, but it was stuck at the shipping label generation stage. Though we canceled the order and got a refund, I just received an email stating the item has been shipped with two tracking numbers for the split king adjustable bed frame. The master tracking number is [redacted]2. We don't want this order and don't intend to keep it, so how can we prevent it from being delivered and arrange for it to return to Sam's Club?

Drivers consistently fail to read delivery labels correctly. The label clearly states to deliver packages to the top driveway at the gate, but they are repeatedly left in inconvenient and hazardous spots. The recipient, unable to carry heavy packages and access the front door when blocked, faces difficulties due to this negligence. Despite numerous reminders and instructions, packages end up in the wrong locations, forcing unnecessary effort to retrieve them. Attempts to reach out for assistance via the provided phone number have been unsuccessful, as the call gets disconnected when selecting the desired option. Moreover, there seems to be no way to directly connect with a representative to address this ongoing issue efficiently.

I am having issues with the FedEx driver consistently delivering packages to the wrong address. They left a package in my neighbor's driveway but marked it as delivered at the front door. Despite contacting customer service and speaking to the supervisor, the problem persists. In a recent delivery, the package was left at my mailbox, which is [redacted] feet away from my house. I received a shipping envelope via FedEx at 3:32 PM on December 16, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the package was opened at the bottom left corner, and its contents were missing. I have video evidence of the driver delivering the opened package. The tracking information indicates that the package was scanned at numerous locations after it was first picked up.
