Dear Fedex, I am reaching out regarding my package with Tracking Number: [redacted]17 and Incident: [redacted]. Unfortunately, the tracking information has not been updated, indicating a significant delay in delivery. I have concerns that the package may be lost, stolen, or potentially never even shipped from Troutdale, Oregon. The package contains perishable food items from Hello Fresh, and the extended delay has rendered it likely inedible upon arrival. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I have had two experiences this week with FedEx deliveries that have caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience. On both occasions, packages were delivered in my name without my knowledge, leading me to believe they had been stolen due to the lack of notification. Despite leaving a clear note requesting the parcels to be left in a safe place and not delivered to a neighbor, FedEx still chose to deliver them to a neighbor. This situation has resulted in wasted time, added stress, and unnecessary worry. FedEx should improve their delivery personnel training to avoid these frustrating situations in the future.

I had an unfortunate experience with a driver who left before I could reach the door, regarding tracking number [redacted]32. The door tag number is dt 1[redacted] [redacted]. After contacting the company to request re-delivery to [redacted] Penn Street, Royalton, PA [redacted], I was informed they could not accommodate my request. I find it frustrating that the driver couldn't wait a moment and is still nearby for another hour. It seems like a simple fix to contact the driver and have him return. Additionally, this package was not meant to be delivered by FedEx, and I plan to address this with the sender who should have used the correct shipping company.

We have been experiencing ongoing problems with our specific FedEx Ground driver for months. The driver consistently leaves packages out in the open instead of delivering them to our residents' doors. When approached about it, he claimed he had no time. Moreover, we have a strict mask requirement for everyone entering our building, but the driver repeatedly refuses to comply, even after being reminded multiple times. He either disregards the request or discards the mask we provide and enters without wearing one. This behavior is unacceptable, and we need this issue to be addressed promptly as it has been causing continual disruptions.

I recently received a package from Chewy, containing my dog's medication. Instead of delivering it to my door, the driver left it over the gate. This concerns me as anyone passing by could easily take it. I also receive a large bag of dog food from Chewy, which is consistently left just inside the gate. Being 72 years old with health issues, I am unable to lift the heavy dog food bag. For months now, I have had to ask neighbors for help bringing it in. Unlike Chewy, UPS and mail deliveries have no issue delivering to my door. My gate is not new and just serves the purpose of keeping my dog in the yard. I have informed Chewy about the problem, as it is unsettling to have my orders left in such an accessible spot. I expect deliveries to be brought to my door as advertised. It's essential for the safety and security of my packages.

The delivery driver consistently leaves packages outside our senior building without attempting to contact us. This has been a recurring issue, with today being no exception. As seniors, it is difficult for us to retrieve multiple packages left outside. We would appreciate if the driver could make an effort to notify us or deliver the packages inside the building. Communication is crucial, and simply calling the apartment number listed on the package could easily solve this problem. My upcoming package is important, and I don't want it left unattended outside. I reside in a gated community. Unfortunately, my delivery was missed yesterday as the driver could not access our community. I am puzzled why the driver did not utilize the call button at the gate for entry since my name is listed on the package, allowing me to buzz them in. To avoid this situation in the future, I have added our vendor code to my account in hopes that the driver will have access today. I am considering being proactive by heading to the gate when I know the Fed Ex truck is due to arrive, so I can demonstrate how to use the call box. In our city, there are numerous call boxes available. Your suggestions are welcome.

Good morning, I recently received my order from Chewy promptly; however, it was delivered once again to the garage door instead of the back door of my home. Unfortunately, we were out all day yesterday, arriving home late and inadvertently hit the package with our car as it was placed next to the garage and not visible in the dark. I have noticed that deliveries from FEDEX consistently end up at the man door of the garage, which is causing confusion as the back door is the designated delivery spot. Could you please ensure that your drivers and employees are educated on the correct location to drop off packages to avoid further issues? Thank you.

Our home address is currently listed as a business address by FedEx, causing issues with basic residential services like rescheduling or holding packages. We have been trying to get them to update our address to "residential" for three years now. The USPS changed our address to residential three years ago, and UPS promptly followed suit. Despite multiple calls, FedEx has not made the necessary update. Our address is "66 Walnut Street, Waynesville, NC, [redacted]."

I would like to report an unpleasant experience with one of your drivers. Upon arrival, the driver was playing loud heavy metal music, causing confusion for myself and my wife. Despite our requests to lower the volume, it continued. This led to a confrontation where the driver made a rude gesture towards me after I raised my voice. As someone with PTSD, this sensory assault was unwarranted, and I believe actions should be taken. I have worked hard to maintain a peaceful neighborhood for 40 years, and disruptions like this are unacceptable. This is not the first time I have observed such behavior from your drivers. I urge you to ensure that your drivers do not have sound systems in their vehicles and are mindful of creating disturbances. The incident took place at [redacted] N. 58th Ave. Phoenix, Az. [redacted] around 08:45. I recommend tracking the driver involved and taking appropriate action to avoid similar incidents in the future.

My package was left on the side of my porch without the delivery person ringing the doorbell. As a 75-year-old, it took me a while to retrieve it. I found this behavior very rude. I hope future deliveries from any company will be handled more carefully. My address is [redacted] North 81st, East St. Louis, IL. It appears that some delivery personnel do not take the time to ensure packages are delivered properly or to inform recipients when they arrive.

On 9/23/21, I was notified of a delivered package at 4:29 pm, but upon returning home, the package was not there. Despite my claim for the missing package being denied, I am certain of the correct delivery address and have no history of issues. This experience has left me feeling unfairly accused of wrongdoing and has tarnished my perception of the shipping company involved. While I cannot control the choice of shippers by the companies I purchase from, I urge for a resolution in the form of compensation for the lost $68 item. I request proof of delivery to the accurate address to clarify this situation.

I am experiencing great frustration with my lost package. Despite providing the correct address, FedEx claimed they attempted delivery but no one was available, which I believe to be untrue as a signature was not required. I even requested for the package to be held at the hub, but this was also not possible. Despite my attempts to manage the delivery online, the situation remains unresolved. Unfortunately, the item is now sold out, and I am distressed as this package was intended for my granddaughter.

Upon opening my garage this morning, I discovered a FED EX package near the door. In my rush, I placed it in my car and left. Upon returning home, I noticed damage to the heavy fence post at the beginning of the garage's fence. The cement-mounted posts were impacted, one knocked out and another nearly dislodged with a large chip. I retained the package's wrapping indicating a FED EX delivery time of 8:00 PM yesterday. The white, sturdy posts were installed by my son four years ago and are quite noticeable. I request FED EX to cover the full repair costs. The shipping label shows truck number [redacted] for the delivery on Tuesday, October 12th at 8:00 PM.

I am experiencing another issue with FedEx delivering my packages to the wrong address. Despite having the correct address and name on the shipments, FedEx consistently delivers them to the wrong recipient. This situation has caused me frustration as I anticipate receiving a package, only for it to end up elsewhere. I would appreciate if a FedEx employee could visit the incorrect delivery locations and retrieve my items. Additionally, I am seeking assistance from someone who can resolve this recurring problem within the system. Despite contacting customer service multiple times without a solution, the problem persists, with packages being consistently misdelivered. Unlike DHL, USPS, and UPS, FedEx has failed to deliver my packages accurately. Each time I discover FedEx is the carrier, I am uncertain if I will actually receive my package, leading to a 50/50 gamble. I can supply all tracking numbers for the deliveries made to the wrong location from the Homestead branch, even though I reside 20 miles away with a FedEx location much closer. It seems illogical for a delivery truck to travel 20 miles when a location just 2 miles away is available. I request prompt assistance to rectify this issue and prevent any unfavorable labels on my account due to FedEx's ongoing delivery mishaps.

I keep receiving my neighbor's packages despite leaving a note with clear directions to her residence at [redacted] New Cut Road, Athens, Alabama, while indicating that my address is [redacted] New Cut Road. Today, another package was left on my doorstep, making me believe the delivery personnel are not paying attention. I kindly request the driver to pick up the package from [redacted] New Cut Road and deliver it to [redacted] New Cut Road to avoid further issues. FedEx's delivery service has been disappointing lately. I have a package with tracking number [redacted]90 that was shipped from Erie, PA on 10/12/21 and was supposed to arrive on 10/14/21. However, it took 2 days just to go from Erie to Grove City, OH. FedEx then promised delivery on 10/15/21, which did not happen. Now, they are saying it will be delivered today, 10/18/21, between 1:30-4:55PM. Unfortunately, our location deals with the Austell, GA facility which has a poor track record with on-time deliveries. FedEx not meeting their estimated delivery times has been a consistent issue recently, leading us to consider alternative shipping options due to their lack of reliability.

Hello, I apologize for any inconvenience, but I am seeking help with a package tracking number [redacted]80. It was supposed to be delivered on Oct. 6, but has been stagnant at a Fedex facility in my town since then due to a label issue causing a significant delay. Despite my offers to retrieve the package myself, I was not permitted to do so by customer service. On my last call, I was informed that it would be delivered Monday or Tuesday, with no acknowledgment of the extended delay. I have not received any of the promised callbacks and continue to be told conflicting information about the status of my package. Today, I was informed that it might be delivered by the end of the week, but I am eager to pick it up since it has been in my area for 12 days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I arranged a FedEx pickup for a return to Walmart from Brian B. at [redacted] West Merrick Rd Apt 2N, Freeport, NY [redacted], which took place on 9/23/[redacted] with tracking number #[redacted]67. The delivery employee who came to pick up the items did so without using a scanner to confirm the return or provide me with a receipt because he mentioned he was substituting for the regular delivery person that day. All appeared well until FedEx contacted me the following day claiming I missed a delivery. I informed them of the pickup, and they acknowledged my response. However, now it seems that the pickup was not properly documented with FedEx, and Walmart has no record of my return, resulting in a delay in my $[redacted].13 refund. This situation requires urgent investigation to identify the individual who undertook the pickup that day and determine the whereabouts of the returned items.
